Who I Help
EMDR therapy can be used to help a variety of clients. I work with clients 16 years and older struggling from painful childhoods, trauma, past sexual/physical/emotional abuse, grief and loss, shame and low self-worth. My goal is to provide a safe space where we can help you process that in a safe and effective way. Healing is possible.
